Manny Flores
I'm Manuel, though most people call me Manny. Originally from Freehold, New Jersey. My journey in the world of martial arts has been anchored by my love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where I proudly hold a brown belt. Back in my high school days, I was a three-sport athlete, throwing myself into football, lacrosse, and wrestling. Wrestling became my forte, leading me to secure a respectable 9th rank in New Jersey's most competitive wrestling region at the time, competing in weight classes ranging from 170 to 215 pounds during my senior year.
Beyond my personal pursuits, what truly fuels my fire is the satisfaction of guiding others on their own paths to self-confidence and growth. It's this passion that has led me to spend close to a decade nurturing my own skills in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since I first started at the age of 20. As I continue on this path, I find that my love for martial arts and coaching intertwine beautifully, allowing me to not just master my craft, but also to be a guiding light for those on a similar journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
